Every day, I'm out logging those miles, and along the way, I've discovered this productivity hack that has truly transformed how I manage my day.

Imagine this: I’m out on my run, the wind blowing gently, the tranquillity of nature enveloping me, and during this peaceful time, I’m also getting through my scheduled phone calls. Whether they be online or in-person meetings, I've learnt to compartmentalise these communication tasks into this block of time, a time that was traditionally set aside for listening to music, audiobooks, or podcasts.

Now, you might be wondering how this works with online meetings. As long as you have a reliable 5G signal, joining Zoom or Teams meetings without video can be seamless. You can easily mute and unmute from your device, making it possible to participate actively while you stay on the move.

An added bonus is when you find others who love exercising as well. Why not take meetings outside for a joint walk or a run? It’s incredibly refreshing and often sparks creativity and new ideas.
