My Lightbulb Moment: Reshaping My Approach for REAL Impact
This research changed everything. My original vision for Operations Director software consultancy selling a ‘done-for-you’ system wasn’t enough. The founders I spoke with had enormous potential, but little cash and few places to turn.
I pivoted. Now, instead of charging upfront, I’m offering the business infrastructure for free, in exchange for equity plus an option for founders to buy it back when they’re ready. It’s about offering real lifelines, not just another monthly bill.
This way, I focus entirely on:
Streamlining the chaos (processes, recruitment, people management).
Turning net profits up (targeting 10%-15%).
Giving entrepreneurs hope without financial strain, and always with the chance to regain control if they wish.
