It's a journey fuelled by a mission—to cover 40,075km and raise £1,000,000 for children's causes. Incorporating running into your working day, especially during the gloomy winter months, might just be the productivity hack you never knew you needed. With daylight dwindling around 3:45 pm, finding time to run before darkness blankets the day becomes a real challenge. Perhaps, like me, you've noticed that trying to squeeze in a run after work diminishes your leisure or family time. That's where running during your workday comes in as a game-changer!

Recently, I had a revelation during a visit to King’s Lynn. Instead of rushing back home, I laced up and squeezed a run into my schedule. It was invigorating! And it dawned on me—running during work hours not only allows me to enjoy the daylight but also boosts my afternoon productivity.
