Instead, I obsessed over the business model, stress-testing, validating, and making sure there was genuine market demand.

Pro Tip: Don’t just trust your gut. Put your idea to the test from every angle. If you skip this, you could be building a business nobody wants!

2. Harnessing the Power of AI (Your Secret Business Partner)

Here’s the absolute game-changer: AI. I spent 25–50 hours using AI tools to act as my sounding board. From poking holes in my business plan to helping with research, AI gave me the confidence to launch.

3. Build on Solid Foundations: Teamwork Really Does Make the Dream Work

Tip: Don’t try to do everything yourself. Surround yourself with people who fill your gaps. Your team is your accelerator.

4. Pareto Principle: Focus on the 20% That Drives 80% of Success

I applied the 80/20 Rule ruthlessly. I identified the steps that get your customers, paid, and keeping those customers. Everything else? That could wait.
