Stop Scrolling: 1,826 Days Running, No Excuses – This Is More Than a Streak,

It’s a Mission to Save Children's Lives

Today marks a colossal milestone I never dreamed I’d reach – my five-year running streak anniversary. Just stop and think about it: 1,826 consecutive days of outdoor running, not a single one missed. Through Christmas, blizzards, 40-degree heat, international travel, injuries, illness – you name it – I've laced up every day. And as gargantuan as it feels standing here, for me, this journey is only just beginning.

But why do it? Why get out there in the lashing rain or on your birthday, or when your calves are torn to shreds? The answer is simple – to raise £1,000,000 for children’s causes worldwide, at the helm of the Runpreneur challenge. The aim: to go beyond Day 4,292, covering 40,075 kilometres – the circumference of the Earth, all while inspiring others and securing vital funds to save young lives.

The Runpreneur Challenge: Five Years Down, a Planet to Go

Let’s talk about what it genuinely takes. Every single run has been outdoors – no treadmill sprints, no shortcuts. The shortest effort has been a 5K (3.1 miles), and my daily average hovers at a solid 7.5km (getting on for 5 miles). That’s through 18 countries and every possible weather condition – from the throes of a British winter at minus 11°C to scorching foreign heat at 45°C. There have been rainstorms, sleet, hail, thick fog, and dazzling sunrises I’ll never forget.

I’ve run through injuries: torn calf, torn hamstring, COVID, hangovers (yes, really) – nothing has kept me down. The streak hasn't only built my legs; it’s become the steel in my mind. And those hard days? When running feels impossible? They’re the days I’ve grown strongest – and that resilience is now helping us change lives for the most vulnerable.

The Real Meaning: Blazing a Trail for Children’s Futures

I pour my heart into this not for records, likes, or self-congratulation, but for the children we help every single day. Every person this story reaches equals more funds, more awareness, more lives changed – and this movement, Runpreneur, is one I’ll lead till my last breath.

What keeps me going isn’t just the piles of trainers I’ve worn out or the medals I’ve collected. It’s moments when even a PB (personal best) on the racecourse comes second to knowing our fundraising total is climbing. Five years is an internationally recognised running streak, but that’s nothing to the impact we’re making together.

A Challenge (and Invitation) To You

If you’ve ever thought, “Is a run streak even possible?” let me assure you: it’s brutally hard, but the biggest gift is learning how to persevere when every bone in your body says “no”. That sheer discipline – making yourself do something when it feels impossible – is transferable to every area of life. If you want to change your own world, start by running a mile. If you want to help change the world, join me in supporting this cause.

My next chapter: Beyond Day 4,292, aiming for 40,075km – a full lap of the globe – and £1,000,000 raised for children in need.

Will you run with me? Will you help me spread this mission? One like, one share, one donation – it all matters.

Let’s Make History Together

I’m honoured and grateful for everyday my body’s let me run and every supporter who’s walked (or run!) beside me. From now, the Runpreneur challenge is not just about records. It’s about saving lives, building legacies, and using relentless positivity to inspire others.

If you believe in my mission, or if you just want to see what the human body – and heart – can achieve, join us. Subscribe, share, comment, and let’s hit that £1 million together. The journey’s only just begun.

Stay positive. Stay happy. See you on the run – tomorrow, and every day after.
